Receptionist

A Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing front-desk operations and providing professional customer support. The role ensures smooth communication, appointment handling, and administrative assistance within the organization.

Education & Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma (Office Administration or related field preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain visitor records and front-desk documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments as required

Preferred Experience:

0–3 years in front office or receptionist roles

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
