A Field Technician is responsible for on-site installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems at customer locations. The role involves technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, and ensuring service quality in the field.
Education & Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation and servicing of equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Coordinate with the service team for job assignments
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Preferred Experience:
1–4 years in field service or technical support roles
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Valid driving license preferred
