Customer Support Executive

A Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role focuses on effective communication, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Education & Qualification:

Any Graduate / 12th Pass (Customer Service or Communication background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain customer interaction records and reports
  • Follow up to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
  • Adhere to company service standards and policies

Preferred Experience:

0–3 years in customer support or service roles (Freshers can apply)

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
  • Patience, empathy, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts if required
