Education & Qualification:
Any Graduate / 12th Pass (Customer Service or Communication background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer interaction records and reports
- Follow up to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Adhere to company service standards and policies
Preferred Experience:
0–3 years in customer support or service roles (Freshers can apply)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
